Healing

Healing is the abundant life Jesus promised in John 10:10, “I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full…” Healing includes but is not limited to the initial and ongoing defeat of sin. 

Healing also refers to the inward renewal that overcomes the lies we believe, addictions and wounds from our past. Christ’s healing is about transformation, God’s peace, God’s rule and presence, His ongoing renewal of our souls.  Healing is living into the new identity Christ followers have been given, where our worth and value has been decided once and for all, not by man and not by possessions but at the cross.

Equipping

In the book of Ephesians, Paul said, “So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.” – Ephesians 4:11-1

Empowering

Becoming empowered is allowing God to use you. The Bible says you were saved to serve. Paul wrote in Ephesians 2:10, “For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. “
